The system has ultimately provided our business with improved real-time visibility, better automation capabilities, and the flexibility to scale as we grow. The modern user interface and mobile access have been beneficial for the team, though the reporting capabilities could be improved.

It is a wonderful system, flexible, easy to use, and it is wonderful to have all our data in one place and easy to find, export and analyze.

Pros:

One platform incorporating all our transactions directly into the accounting and reporting side, easy to use

Cons:

The fact that the timecards do not have a separate module to close financial periods with but are included in the AP module.

One platform for project and financial accounting where every transaction naturally filters through to the other. No manual interfaces from other systems. Data is available and easy to analyse.

Mostly positive, it is our inhouse ERP and we install it for other firms. We recieve good feedback from clients.

Pros:

Good UI Easy to pick up Cloud based Good manufacturing modules

Cons:

Doesn't have an auto save feature Sometimes when there is lag, and info has bee inputted the system will wipe the info Still needs more market exposure

I like using Acumatica cloud Erp as it allows customization, had a good community of help, and is flexible enough to meet the custom solutions I want.

Pros:

It allows customization to adapt to my companies needs. We can integrate existing products into Acumatica to allow our operations to continue.

Cons:

The interface is not as modern, but improvements are coming which will make adoption from users much easier
