> I have been using ProServe for a little over a year now and find the product useful for my business needs. There are some features that I don't need but maybe useful for others. Kenny is fantastic with customer support. A couple of negatives I do have with the product are when posting checks that you have to do an extra step to clear the balance, after posting the check  I would like to see it clear the balance at that time . There are also video's to help with setup and trouble shooting but a pdf with written instructions and a table of contents would be a lot easier then trying to sort through the videos. Overall the cost for the product and what it does for my business needs right now it's a good product and a good value.
