Kind of repetitive. I can't type in a medication and it show me a list of all residents that take that medication. I would love to have that. Sometimes I wish there were a way for me to see all resident instead of just one side at a time. I do enjoy the check in's from the company to make sure all is still going well and answer any questions we may have. I have reported issues with med times being back dated to ECP with no resolution and it is still causing issues. Scheduling tasks is confusing for new staff. Need more access to in-depth online training so upper admin can really utilize ECP for all it can do. > > Easy to use (except the MAR), easy to navigate for the most part.
