> We have always used Microsoft Word to write our factory assembly instructions.  This has always been a formatting nightmare when it comes to dealing with a lot of photos.  

Lockstep has made image integration into our assembly instructions a seamless process.  It is also much easier to add a new step and / or move them around if the process needs tweaked.
