> I had my shop for 25 years. I started out wit Mitchel then went to CCC Pathways. Pathways is  a great program , easy to use and most insuance companies work with them . I then decided to down size my shop and switched to Crash Writer .  It wasn't as easy to use but was good for the price. I used it for several years and when I did have a problem they were easy to get ahold of . I put them on auto pay right out of my bank account. BIG MISTAKE. When I retired and sold the shop, I called and told them I had sold it and to cancel my subscription. I even told them I was recomending the new owner to them and checked to make sure there wouldn't be a set up fee for the new owner. I left my bank account open and they ended up charging me for an additional 10 months and refuse to give my money back. I called several times and even though no one used it and thenew owner opened his own account with them after I referred him to them they still refused to give my money back. VERY POOR business pratice way to treat someone that used their product for years and referred a new customer to them.
