For several hundred contacts, it be too much for me to remember everything for everyone. It keeps me organized. And, it can sync donation data, which notifies me of late donations, sending a thank you note each year, things like that. > > **Cons**: It has too many features and it's hard to wade through it all, at least initially. The features are so vast that even after 6 years of daily use I still end up learning new things it can do. Our entire organization is able to do our mission work because of this software and it's ability to help our missionaries get funded and stay funded. You are able to put in all contact information that will show when donations come in and give you alerts if there are lapsed givers, etc. It will also remind you of tasks that you need to do. You have access to reports to see over all funding and much, much more. > > **Cons**: What I like least about this software is that it is not very user friendly or intuitive. It can be overwhelming when navigating in the beginning of use with this software and will take time to master it's full functionality. This could be due to it looking completely outdated in comparison to other software and apps that are used today. > > Overall I have a good experience with this software because it was able to help get me fully funded as a missionary and continue to serve for my organization as well as fund the rest of our staff which I now help train and coach with the aid of this software.
