> **Pros**: Easy to make similar proposals, invoices, and change orders from previous saved documents you have made in the past. I have been using this product since 2009 and love it. Clients love the look of the proposals. Very professional.

> **Cons**: Even though you input your address, some of the pricing for materials can be higher and lower then what’s available today. Only a few of those ever happen, but after using the program for many years, you will know which products or labor to adjust.

> Great product. Never have had a problem with the program, and I purchase the new edition every year.

> **Cons**: pricing is not always accurate, descriptions can be vague, it is hard to find a format to copy and paste to, it only gives you the option to print and not just save the estimate.

> Overall very nice and will continue to use on a daily basis
