> Have been using it since the 1990's. When y2k hit we purchased the FIX as well as the Windows upgrade- never got the upgrade. When we asked "Tim "   for it he told us it had been improved since we had originally purchased it and it would cost us considerably more.  His arrogance on the phone was unbelieveable\!\!  Other attempts at support  yielded the same arrogant attitude.
