Their support team is the best I have ever worked with. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always on top of their game. Another feature I really appreciate is their BOT automation tool. This automation has saved me a tremendous amount of time entering payables and receivable. This type of automation is truly priceless. This is also followed up by their chargeback feature, which allows me to enter an invoice once and then creates a receivable while also entering the payable for related entities. That functionality alone has brought me to tears because it is a game changer for chargebacks. The time it has saved me is crazy. > > **Cons**: It is not a big issue, but there can be quite a bit of click, click, click to navigate where you need to go.
