What it doesn't account for is the significant effort and resources required to access any customer service or logical solution to an issue. > > **Cons**: Server based (no, VPN is not the same as the cloud). Server continually goes down and data is lost. Crude lack of competent customer support. No integration with current cloud-based hospitality apps (particularly in the US). If one customer orders a wine and pays for it at the time at the counter and a second customer orders a wine and has the order put to his table to pay later - Fedelta Sales by Hour function does not pick up the second customer as a "Sale". The "Sales by Hour" report will therefore only pick up one of these two customers and is therefore entirely useless. For our business which has a mix of customers who pay when when they order and a mix of customers who pay when they leave, Fedleta's inablilty to combine and track these sales as a whole is not only ludicrous but a complete deal breaker. We will not use this software in any of our future venues because if this fault and would advise any bars that want to track their busy periods to look elsewhere if you have a mixture of bar and table service and being able to track your busy periods is important to the running of your business. > > Easy to use but more than offset by its extremely limited and disappointing sales reporting. ----- ### "Choose another POS" — 2.0/5 > **Frank** | *20 April 2019* | Restaurants | Recommendation rating: 1.0/10 > > **Pros**: No different to any other POS system , but lagging on back of house data and doesn't integrate with a lot of 3rd party software. Seems stuck in the 90's. > > **Cons**: Lack of support on weekends when major issues arise and failure to follow procedures. We were told that the the servers are backed up each night to the cloud, but on 2 occassions when our servers crashed (hardware problems, to do with the monitors supplied, none of the servers wer backed up resulting in 4-6 hours before anything can be done. > > We have restaurants and all use Fedelta. 3 servers crashes in less than 4 months. Cost of terminals are horrendous to replace.
