"Director, Real Estate & Procurement"

Comments: They're a good partner. They just need to help us implement the room reservation feature, clean up customer support and improve communication.

Pros: The mobile app, the reporting and the ability to forward calls to whichever desk you have reserved for the day.

Cons: It still can't be used for our meeting rooms. Also there have been quite a few customer service issues. But the software itself works great.
