The variety of question types, delivery methods, collaboration options, and export settings make Qualtrics a versatile tool for a wide variety of settings. > > **Cons**: Due to its capacity for high-level performance, many of the tools, options, and settings are not intuitive. Significant time and effort along with thorough training are needed to make use of all the features available to Qualtrics XM users. > > Overall, using Qualtrics XM has been a positive experience. Mostly I and my team used it for collecting basic data, however, when I had the opportunity to use it for research data collection, I was impressed with the flexibility of the settings and logic to deploy a high-level, IRB-approved survey.
