> **Pros**: It served its purpose and was relatively inexpensive. The original program was antiquated and cumbersome.

> **Cons**: Trying to upgrade to something more compatible with current practices costs $18k startup fees and ongoing $650/mo. This is just too high, but it took many months to determine the true total costs.

> My experience is horrendous. They have a policy that if one does not cancel the subscription 4 month before the 12mo calendar year, they charge the entire next year's charge with no exception.

> **Pros**: lots of great ideas and flexibility
> 
> **Cons**: Unfortunately, this software is not at all user friendly and is very poorly supported.  For the cost to purchase and the annual licensing fee, there are simply too many bugs and inconsistent and unresponsive support to make this program really viable.  I have used it and still have not implemented it satisfactorily after 5 years.  I have finally decided to scrap it and move on to something that is reliable and supported.
