Then I read about LiveChat + HelpDesk and thought I would give it a try. the LiveChat notifications work on every message, I was also able to transform a conversation into a ticket when the chat ended with a workflow automation that worked the first time\!

> **Cons**: the workflow automations were an obscure checkbox on the my user profile to enable beta features and the AI chat bot didn't help, but when I got to a real person this was quick.

> I'm going to buy this product for my business. I plan to sell https://gitopsmanager.io on AWS and Azure Marketplaces. I needed a LiveChat and Support Ticketing system and this is perfect\!
