> **Cons**: 3rd grade software and customer service , they made us buy the most expensive system for their outdated software , its hangs a lot and they blame windows  their ppl.will come by train but will charge you more than a flight ticket ,, they are suppose to handle the account personally for any issues but once you buy it they just vanish and their customer support call center is horrible takes 2-3 days to revert..so basically if you are stuck better be stuci theu aint helping you out...its a outdated 3rd grade software with 4th grade customer service and 5 grade ppl like mahesh n arun
