> **Pros**: CCDS' solution is very flexible, reliable and their technical support is by far the best I have dealt with. They have very good understanding of call center environments and have been able to advise me on how my business can benefit most from the technology.

> **Cons**: It is not the cheapest solution available, but given my experience with other providers, the slightly higher cost is well justified.
