> **Pros**: La possibilité d'avoir tous ces sujets RH dans un seul outil: sélection de l'assurance, affiliation des salarié, gestion journalière des salariés et des fiches de paie. Un réel bonheur quand on est pas expert dans le sujet. La possibilité de connecter son comptable externe est super.

> **Cons**: Franchement rien, j'ai été vraiment surprise par la simplicité de mettre tout cela en ordre de marche.

Il permet de regrouper toutes les taches administratives et récurrentes entre les RH et les salariés d'une entreprise.&#10;Il regroupe tous les modules les plus importants: gestions des congés et des absences, onboarding, offboarding, gestion des documents, notes de frais, titres de transport, primes...&#10;Il permet également une intégration à la mutuelle et à la prévoyance très simple.&#10;Il favorise la création d'un vrai esprit d'équipe autour de fonctionnalité comme les équipes, le trombinoscope etc...&#10;Le tout gratuitement. Hoggo se rémunère en poussant des solutions d'assurance sur mesure et intégrées à sa plateforme.

> **Cons**: Il manque quelques modules pour que l'outil soit complètement complet : La gestion des horaires de travail plus en détail notamment si on a des travailleurs de nuit.

> **Pros**: J’ai pu réaliser et suivre leurs demande de devis pour l'assurance santé. De plus, certains de mes clients étaient déjà assurés et ils ont pu résilier leurs contrats facilement et souscrire à des nouveaux plus adaptés. J’ai gagné du temps et fait économiser de l’argent à mes clients \! Les équipes d'Hoggo sont disponibles et réactives ce qui facilite grandement les échanges.

> **Cons**: J’aimerais que se soit intégré à SILAE pour faciliter encore davantage mes démarches. On peut importer et exporter les données mais si tout était automatique ça serait encore plus pratique. Malgré cela, la plateforme est très facile à prendre en main et je n’ai rencontré aucun inconvénient durant toutes mes démarches.

> En tant qu’expert-comptable j’ai été accompagné par Hoggo dès le début grâce à un chargé de compte qui m'a été attribué. Grâce aux différentes fonctionnalités du SIRH, j’ai pu collecter facilement les éléments variables de paie de tous mes clients en ligne.
