I love that it allows us to reach scale a lot faster as if we didn't have it. We have 5 domains just for our company so we have their highest tier plan. We are email marketing assassins and reach masses like you wouldn't believe. This wouldn't have taken easily 10x longer to achieve, if we did not have access to mailivery. Anyone who is serious with their personalized email marketing campaigns, needs to sign up with this company. We use mailshake.com for our cold outreach and they recently just launched their own email software, but not for a second would I consider switching over, because the team at Mailivery ONLY focuses on this. And I'll bet on a company that focuses on just one thing and is trying to be the best at it than someone who wants to focus on multiple things. > > **Cons**: They need a bit better guided documentation and instruction, but we know it takes time to create and write all of that. Also, potentially adding things in that gives a warning that an extra SPF record was installed in the hosting which negatively effects greatly emails going to spam. And then it takes 6 weeks for it to fix itself. I would have never known, we had 2 SPFs had I not gone in and checked since our mailshake open rates are usually 30 to 50% and our 1 campaign was at 6% for the longest time lol. The sending window feature also allows for fine tuning if you want to skip nights and week-ends. Add the peer-to-peer network feature to the mix... and you have a great warmup solution that makes your e-mail look genuine with a "human" sending pattern where the competition is more easily identifiable as armies of bots. > > **Cons**: I really want to love the service but there is still a long way to go. I'm missing analytics to see the medium/long term impact on our deliverability. A way to schedule warm-up and warm-down phases without having to adjust settings every single day in the dashboard. The dev team was very active for the first months and then I didn't see any further improvements. The team does not communicate on it's developments, releases and "planned" maintenance. (Which kind of defeat the purpose of planned maintenance, if nobody knows it's happening...) It's unreliable. The service recently suffered an outage for more than 7 days, without any proactive communication.
