> **Pros**: Considero app palestre una delle migliori piattaforme, io gestisco un centro sportivo dove facciamo esclusivamente corsi di CrossTraining, Functional Training e Preparazione Atletica. Tutto il lavoro da noi è impostato su App palestre, entrate dei clienti, vendita di schede a extra, programmazioni personalizzate, vendita degli abbonamenti tramite app o video di spiegazione degli esercizi per chi ad esempio vuole fare stretching da solo ecc. (Versione personalizzata). 
App palestre se ben impostato ti permette di dimezzare le ore di segreteria, e di avere un maggiore controllo sia sugli ingressi giornalieri che sulle scadenze degli abbonamenti.
Spesso i gestionali non sono così intuitivi quindi difficili da utilizzare sia per chi lavora che per chi frequenta mentre in altri terribili casi restano operatore dipendenti, con App palestre ho veramente dimezzato il mio impegno in segreteria.

> **Cons**: Nella vecchia versione c'era una statistica che ti permetteva di vedere gli ingressi totali giornaliere e divisi per settimane, nella nuova versione le statistiche sono state improntate più sul lato economico/ricavi, però quella funzione in particolare era molto utile, soprattutto nei periodi estivi per valutare l'afflusso di persone e calcolare eventuali cambi di palinsesto.
In più capire quante persone circolano settimanalmente o giornalmente ti aiuta a capire quanto il posto sia frequentato, perché avere solo il numero di utenti attivi non basta, spesso è utile anche capire quanto quegli utenti frequentano il posto, se vengono tutti i giorni, 3 volte a settimana oppure solo 1giorno.
