The accessibility and transparency that Elate provides to our organization's leaders will allow us to push the work forward in ways we've not been able to in the past. > > **Cons**: As a newer tool, there are features that are not yet available, but that are on the product roadmap. Our users often have a lot of desires in terms of ways to view details and data of our strategic and annual plans, and there are limitations to the more complex functionality at this time.
