When I tried to cancel I had to request this a number of times, and then I discovered that I was still being charged. The team are responsive, but there was no acknowledgement or responsibility taken for this issue, just professional gaslighting: the "if we don't apologise, it didn't happen, and it wasn't our error" mindset is fully in place. I see this happen with increasing frequency in business, and I hate it. If you don't take responsibility for making a mistake, you don't change your practices, and you don't learn from it.
