> **Pros**: EmployPlan is a great way to efficiently manage the developers technical skills.
With EP we're able to evaluate a candidate's technical skills in a more efficient and faster way.
We loved project management features which significantly improved our team allocations process and gave us better control over projects. Integrations with Slack and Asana made it even better on a daily basis.
