> **Pros**: Easy to use and easy to promote your local businesses
This was a great service during COVID to still be able to promote businesses and give virtual tours of spaces. We were able to share with hotels so that they could continue to promote space as well.

> **Cons**: the inability to change category business is listed as and that closed businesses are remaining on site in the Discover portion
> 
> Customer service has been very good, especially from Seth and Brody, figuring out ways to assist me whenever I ask. They have also been very responsive on making additional metrics in reporting when I asked for it too.

> **Pros**: The ability to give event organizers a walk-through of our physical space to simulate their guest experience and plan the perfect event flow and setup for their needs. The primary benefit we've realized is the ability for people - startup companies, community members, event organizers - virtually walk through our space and get a feel for what Embarc Collective is. It's helped us differentiate our space and brand.
