Transactions are slow with to many steps and waiting for system to catch up when using it.
Company makes claims they cannot backup then doesn’t stand behind guarantee.

When it became clear Katalyst could not deliver I made the decision to revert back to our old system. The Katalyst platform was slow and clunky with way to many steps to create a transaction. Each transaction took about 45 seconds longer then our current system. This may not seem like a big deal but when doing 400-500 transactions a day it adds up.

I reached out to the \[sensitive content hidden\] to cancel service and with some back and forth got him to do it but even though we had only used the system for less than one day they charged me almost $1500 in fees. Then when I tried to arrange return of POS equipment they told me they wouldn’t take it back. That was another $10,000\!

I knew they were a relatively new company, only a couple years old but I had high hopes. They failed to deliver on every level.
