> **Pros**: The new interface - I no longer have to keep scrolling through the left hand side menu to find where I need to go as everything I need is pretty much on the one screen where I update the chatbot.
The AI feature has been a real game changer as well giving me confidence that the the bot will be successful with the end users

Their deployment team offers insight on where to focus time and provides resources to go to quickly resolve questions on your own. Truly self service.
