> **Pros**: We starting implementing Telemed with ViTel Net over a year ago and worked through the learning curve long before Covid 19 impacted the medical field.
We were using the services primarily to connect with the pediatric cardiologist for fetal echoes and then when Covid 19 hit, we expanded to Genetic and Preconception/OB use.

> **Cons**: Integration was easy as we had been working with service for over a year.
The difficulties really centered around the massive internet use created by so many people using the system at the same time.  I did not really have any problems with the software.

> My overall experience with ViTel Net has been a symbiotic relationship. I have been able to provide my expertise as a guest speaker for two Virtual Conferences and be able to help several of my friends/colleagues as they began using Telemedicine for the first time.
I am grateful that we were able to establish the relationship and the learning curve long before the Pandemic hit.
