Outdated technology that is not up to par with industry standards, very limited integration capabilities with other systems, awkward and cumbersome user interface. > > Using Foundation feels like traveling back in time. The software itself is 10-15 years behind industry standards and the company has not embraced advances in software development. Foundation attempts to catch-up but offering "bolt-on" solutions that on average are sub-par and often create as many problems as they solve. I would recommend being slow to adopt any new modules Foundation has to offer. The support team is responsive to questions/issues but often do not have a resolution or technical expertise to properly address issues. On several occasions, Foundation has made a change to the software that was not communicated that has caused issues with how we use the software. Only after reaching out to Foundation are, we made aware that they changed the functionality with disrupts our operations. The core functionality of the tool is adequate to manage the finances of a construction business. However, you will be paying a premium price for a system that offers basic functionality.
