It is nice to have the ability to display or hide advanced settings, so you can keep the layout as minimal as possible. The marketplace is very useful if you don't have your own SOPs. You can find pre-made templates which you can customize as needed. You can also create and sell your own templates. It has been a game changer for me to be able to track a task's completion. Previously, I added status dropdowns or check boxes to my spreadsheets to track my progress, but now I can update all my SOPs in one place and easily collaborate with my team. Also, video over-the-shoulder tutorials are not ideal for the person who needs to be trained to follow a process. For instance, you need to pause it at every crucial step, take notes, and so on. Also, the tool improves collaboration with my team. They can directly start a discussion on any workflow step, which is beneficial for all my team members.
