> **Pros**: I really like how much I can do in one place. Programming workouts is easy, I can track client progress, communicate with clients and give them access to resources without having to use multiple different apps. The workout builder is probably what I use the most and I find it really easy to adjust programs as my clients progress.

> **Cons**: The coach app could be improved and if it had customizable dashboard and client web browser. You can do a lot with the app but the add ons are cool but not always worth the extra cost.

> Overall I’ve had a really good experience with Everfit. I use it for both my in-person and online clients and it has made managing my coaching a lot easier. I like that I can keep each client’s workouts, progress, communication and resources together while still making their coaching feel individual. There are always little things I’d like added or improved, but overall it does what I need it to do and has become a big part of how I run my coaching.

As a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I don’t just give clients workouts—I work with movement, nutrition, habits, mindset, and accountability. Everfit gives me the flexibility to build a coaching experience around the individual instead of forcing every client into the same template. I especially appreciate being able to create structured programs, customize workouts, track habits and progress, communicate with clients, and provide resources without sending them across several different apps. It has made it much easier for me to deliver a professional, organized experience while still keeping my coaching personal.

> **Cons**: There is definitely a learning curve because Everfit has so many features, and sometimes it takes a little digging to figure out the best way to set something up. I would also love to see continued improvements to customization and automation so coaches can streamline even more of the administrative side of running an online coaching business. That said, Everfit has consistently added and improved features, so many of the things I’ve wanted from the platform have continued to evolve over time.

> **Pros**: I’ve been using Everfit as part of my online coaching business, Ragnarök Coaching, and overall I’d rate it around 7/10.

The biggest benefit for me is the amount of time it saves. I’m an online coach alongside a full-time job, so having workout programming, client tracking, nutrition, check-ins, measurements, messaging, education, onboarding, forums and integrations with apps and wearables all in one platform makes managing my clients much more manageable.

My clients particularly like the education resources, the ease of using and tracking their workouts, and being able to communicate with me directly through the platform. From a coaching perspective, I also like the exercise library and the amount of information I can use to monitor client progress.

It’s easy to use once you’ve learned your way around the platform. I’ve previously used Trainerize, and I find Everfit considerably more integrated and intuitive.

> **Cons**: There are areas I’d like to see improved. A lot of the useful features sit behind different pricing tiers, and the cost of larger client banks can make some of the more advanced functionality harder to access for a growing coaching business. I’d also love to see deeper AI and wearable-data integration, particularly the ability to analyse client data more intelligently and turn it into genuinely personalised training recommendations.

> The AI Workout Builder is also useful. It’s particularly good for quickly putting together the foundations of a programme, which then gives me more time to drill down into the details and build something genuinely personalised for the individual client rather than starting everything from scratch.

The branding and client-facing features have also made a difference to my business. Client feedback is that Everfit makes Ragnarök Coaching feel like a much larger and more established coaching company, which has helped me present a more professional experience to both existing and prospective clients.

Customer support has also been excellent in my experience. When I’ve needed help, responses have been quick, helpful and responsive.


Overall, Everfit has become an important part of how I deliver my coaching. It saves me time, gives my clients a better experience and helps me run a more professional online coaching service
