A lot of SMS services allow for broadcast messaging (a la email blasts), but Emotive's approach is a bit different which allows for your shoppers to actually respond to any message you send. This generates a new level of engagement and gives your brand a chance to make a happy customer, each and every time. 

The best thing about it is the pricing. Yes, there are other services out there, but Emotive's pricing is so good that I recommend it every time over any of their competitors.

> **Cons**: On the Attribution side it would sometimes take weeks to get responses to questions.  However, if you're only using them for SMS, the support team there is great.

> Emotive has made it very easy to reach out to our SMS list with great segmenting options, awesome support (who will even write your texts for you), \& an intuitive user interface. When Emotive created its own pop-up for gathering phone numbers and email addresses from customers, JC and the support team took care of the entire migration for us.  This is definitely a good option for businesses using SMS marketing.
