Clean, tidy layout — pages feel organised; content sections are easy to scan.

Logical user flow — the primary tasks (search, mortgages, valuation) follow a sensible progression.

Strong hero visuals — compelling imagery that sets the right tone (just needs tighter copy/spacing).

Clear primary CTAs — calls-to-action are present and positioned where users expect them.

Good foundation for multimedia — the structure will support adding videos/walkthroughs later without breaking the layout.

Small fixes = big impact — most issues are polish (contrast, spacing, alignment), so improvements will be fast and high-return.

The fast start and setup of the system is great and well prepared. > **Cons**: The only downside is that there’s a lot to take in at first. The systems are powerful, so you do need to invest time in the training to fully understand everything—but that’s also what makes it effective.

> **Pros**: I really liked \[sensitive content hidden\] who onboarding me.  He left HJ which should have been my wake-up call.  Other than that it went down hill fast.

> **Cons**: They are not very clear with the specifics when signing up.  They do provide an agreement in writing that can help with questions; but you definitely need to read through this document very closely.

> Although I disagree with the decision that was made, I really appreciate them trying to make it right.  They have offered to continue sending leads past the initial trial period since there was one part that did not allow for the 12 month guarantee.
