> **Pros**: Meine Kollegen sind begeistert, wie einfach ein Zeitplan erstellt und verteilt werden kann. Auch dass unsere Mitarbeiter ihre Urlaubsanträge, Ausfälle sowie Ihre Stunden automatisiert via App/Computer oder Terminal erfassen können, finde ich super. Das hat unser Team vollständig gestärkt. Am besten gefällt mir, dass alle Arbeitszeiten zentral in Pepito landen. Ich finde die Funktion der Schaltfläche „Auswertungen“ einfach toll, damit kann sofort die Auswertung der Bereiche, Stundenkonten, Einsatzzeiten, Abwesenheiten oder des Jahresurlaubs eingesehen werden.

Vorbei sind die langen, mühsamen Stunden, in denen jeden Monat sichergestellt werden muss, dass der Zeitplan aufgrund flexibler Arbeitszeiten korrekt ist. Perfekt ist, dass das erstellen von Mitarbeiterprofilen gerade mal 5 Minuten dauert.

> **Cons**: Als Verbesserung wäre es toll, wenn man in der Kalenderansicht noch den Überstundenabbau hinzufügen könnte. Interessant wäre zudem, wer/wann Zeiten angepasst bzw. verändert hat. Wenn mehrere Personen Admin sind, ist es schwer nachzuweisen, wer den Zeiteintrag verändert hat und warum. Bei den Planern ist es genauso, man kann nicht nachvollziehen, wer Urlaub genehmigt hat.

> **Pros**: Da ich schon lange Fibudoc benutze, wusste ich, dass der Support stimmen würde. Es entwickelt sich ständig weiter und wird immer Nutzerfreundlicher.

> **Cons**: Das man sich ständig neu anmelden muss. Ich würde das Programm gerne an der Rezeption morgens aufmachen und das in die Leiste legen und zwischendurch mal reinschauen. Dann muss man sich immer neu anmelden und kostet viel Zeit.

> Man kann alles individuell planen. Unsere Azubis kommen 14 tägig und wir haben einfach zwei Vorlagen. Die Vorlagen schaffen Vereinfachungen und alles kann individualisiert werden.
