Even if we have deployed traditional SEG solutions, there are a lot of phishing attacks that they miss. We've been stunned by the reports we have received, and would recommend this anti-phishing solution to any company that understands where SEGs fall behind.

It's easy for users to work too quickly and click on a message without taking proper steps to ensure it's not a phishing message.  The various warning banners help grab the users attention and help alert them to reasons why they need to cautiously interact with the message.  We have found our user base to be more attentive to messages with the banners.

> **Cons**: The community feedback feature sounds great in writing and we have found it useful at times when dealing with certain messages.  However, we have frequently come across messages there were nothing more than spam that were erroneously marked as phishing by the IT community.

> **Pros**: Ironscales was so easy to implement into our Microsoft environment. Literally took about 10 minutes. It was also easy to train the end-users how to report a suspicious email. For the administrators, it's simple to log into the portal or phone app to manage. I really like that Ironscales learns and adjusts to your M365 environment by auto-detecting and quarantining majority of phishing emails.
