> **Pros**: \[sensitive content hidden\] the onboarding guy was great. I like the onboarding guy \& \[sensitive content hidden\] the current account manager as I can tell they actually hustle and at least are invested in their work. They product they have to sell is the issue, not them as individuals.

> **Cons**: Poor value. The sales person will talk you into a contract if you let him. I consider it to be a very poor value. The reviews that post are blurry \& not professional looking. There are some additional glitches with the software as well.

> Honestly, it feels like legal extortion. You overpay every month for a sub par product. Once they know you're unhappy, they start ducking you \& or passing you around. I have never once gotten anyone live on their customer service line, nor have I received a return call. You will get some sporadic communication via email with your "options" for a proposed buy out etc. Honestly, it sucks. There are some good people working there, but the product they have the concept is good, but the execution is just not there. I do NOT recommend unless you have lots of time on your hands. If you're like me and most of your business comes from repeat customers \& referrals, this is probably a waste of time \& $ for you too.

> **Pros**: I love that Oggvo assists with getting reviews from my clients - it's one less thing I have to think about.  The QR codes I can generate at will also are extremely beneficial.

> **Cons**: I felt like the control dashboard was a little convoluted and I always had to search for the option I needed.  I also had to continually update contacts as it doesn't work as a stand alone CRM system.  It would have been more helpful, for me at least, if there were several email drip campaigns already started that I just needed to personalize.  Unfortunately, I didn't have the time I needed to create all of the email campaigns, thus making it not as useful for me.  Could be great for the right person, but as a solo practitioner, the time investment was not there.
