> **Pros**: I love the accountability that time date stamps and workflows provide, the fact that you can easily change and customize workflows to accommodate staff changes and leaves, information available quickly and easily, easy reporting out to excel for analysis, knowledgeable support.

> **Cons**: No complaints. Opposition to change from users transitioning from paper are eventually overcome by the many assets.

> Overall experience has been positive. Our auditors love it. Pulling information is complete and easy giving confidence in process. No more lost paper. No more debating who lost what, when... Great accountability, security, researchability, etc.
