> **Pros**: Am besten gefällt die Möglichkeit in Zukunft ohne Schulungen für neue Applikationen / Funktionen auszukommen, da man die einzelnen Anwendergruppen sehr individuell und ohne großen Support befähigt die jeweils notwendigen Anwendungsfälle in einem Tool durchzuführen.
Die Konfiguration ist sehr flexibel und kann durch Keyuser einer Anwendergruppe jederzeit durchgeführt werden.
Die Zeit und Kostenersparnis ist immens.

> **Cons**: Bisher gibt es aus meiner Sicht keinen Grund zu Beanstandung. AppNavi wird kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und stellt immer neue Features zur Verfügung, die sehr wichtig sind, aber deren Notwendigkeit ich erst erkenne, wenn sie verfügbar sind.
