I have been using Jirav for ~ 12 months and I can confidently say it has saved significant hours and enabled us to take our FP\&A function to the next level. Our internal reporting is significantly better enabling us to set comprehensive budgets and assist in achieving these budgets. The implementation team were excellent throughout the whole process, really getting to understand how our business works in older to customise the Jirav model in a way that allows us for accurate forecasting. Customer support has been great throughout the process with quick response times for report updates where needed. Jirav is now very well embedded into our tech stack and we would be lost without it. Integrations with our accounting software \& CRM model is also extremely valuable, allowing for quick updates when needed. > > **Cons**: I wouldn't call this a key dislike however a challenge has been the steep learning curve to understand how to best utilise the software. The team have been great with assisting to push through the learning curve and once fully up to speed using the software is great. UX/UI is an area where improvement is needed however Jirav are targeting these improvements as part of their product roadmap.
