> **Pros**: I am not a computer person.  I left my in person practice one day and started using HIPAAVideo the next.
Somehow we made it.  Somehow they got me going.  HIPAA has been very good about offering assistance and I have certainly appreciated that. 
I began using the product because of COVID.  It has turned out to be very convenient even outside the COVID issue to allow clients to save the time required going to and from my office.
Another surprising feature.  Somehow, related to the timing, I now rarely go over in the session-- better for the client and for me.

> It allows me to continue my practice during COVID.  It is very convenient.  
I am reluctant to return to in person appointments.
