> **Pros**: The best thing about Arcmails is its simplicity, given that its interface is similar to that of popular products such as Microsoft Outlook. It is capable of archiving emails and all types of data, as well as indexing them.

> **Pros**: Easy to use, functional, swift and much less effort than trying to recover lost emails from O365. We use it to archive 5 years of email for SOC compliance. Recovered emails can be exported back to user's email folders, alternative user folder, or can be exported to PST or as separate .eml files. It also doesn't make the PST a hot mess like Microsoft does.

> **Cons**: There have been times when the product tripped up and we had to wait for support to correct a problem. This was an issue when we needed recovered emails in a timely manner, the system was unavailable and so was delayed

It's fantastic to have a product that does exactly what it is supposed to do without a tremendous amount of complexity in configuration and administration.  In addition to the administrative ease of access for larger eDiscoveries, the user interface is friendly and intuitive.  Users are easily able to restore desired emails down to the exact email/s they needed, quickly and easily.

> **Cons**: I'm hard pressed to pick something I do not like but I would have to say it would be nice if the searches were a bit faster.  This, of course, is something that I believe is already on the horizon and will hopefully be arriving soon.
