> **Pros**: Joiin was very easy to implement - connected it to our existing accounting software and it pulled in all the data.  We were able to set up the eliminations and were up and consolidating our group financial results within a day.  The ability to generate custom management reports on a schedule or on demand automated our reporting, and the savings in terms of time spent on these processes has generated an ROI on this investment that is amongst the highest we have ever seen from a technology solution.

> **Cons**: The standard P\&L and Balance sheet reports were not very useful for us.  Fortunately the custom report builder is very easy to use for non-technical accounting users so we quickly implemented our own versions of these reports.

> Our consolidation process was originally based on spreadsheets and custom macros.  The biggest challenges involved handling the currency conversions.  Our accounting team would also spend time each month preparing the management reports.  In total we were spending about 3 weeks of effort.  Out of the box Joiin cut this down by over a week, and we were able to reinvest this time into customizing the tool, bringing our consolidation and reporting time down to a few hours.

The report customisation is easy to use, the ability to process adjusting journals is useful and it’s easy to load multiple budgets and forecasts onto Joiin. It’s an excellent product and \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team are always very responsive if you need support.
