What happens next? Oh, prepare for a journey. You are obliged to transform into a digital archaeologist, delving into the data in search of the affected SKU using the mere clue of an order ID.But the fun doesn't stop there, no, no. You then find yourself in the relentless grind of updating each and every product cost manually, order by order. One can't help but sigh at the bitter irony as the whole point of implementing an ERP system, supposedly our knight in shining armour for efficiency, fades into oblivion.And just when you're yearning for a lifeline, the Sitegiant support team, as fate would have it, turns out to be more of a bystander than a rescuer in this scenario.
