EasyDMARC is the best, hands down.

Comments: From the time we have started with them, they have been easy to work with, responsive and helpful.

Pros:

Their constant development of their platform and quality of their support. From adding new functionality to implementing suggestions, I have never worked with a company this responsive.

Cons:

There is nothing I can think of that would be a negative.

Reasons for Switching to EasyDMARC: Pricing, functionality and ease of use.

Great ease-to-use Email tool

Comments: My overall experience has been satisfactory considering the tools available, the email investigation tool is a great plus to analyze your delivery methods and legitimacy, easyspf helps with your spf records in a simple way, it incorporates known vendors to incorporate them as delivery methods in your spf (google, microsof, zoho, etc). There are things to improve but the advantage is that it has constant development.

Pros:

ease-to-use platform, It has delegated tools for centralized management of DNS records for email protection such as SPF and DMARC, it has useful graphics and reports, as well as a message sending testing tool for delivery analysis.

Cons:

They could incorporate DKIM/ARC records management, improve reporting, which for those of us who are just starting to learn about this utility, finds it somewhat complicated to interpret the reports.

First impressions of EasyDMARC

Comments: Easy to set up but extremely lightweight functionality.

Pros:

It's a free trial. Setup takes only a few minutes.

Cons:

There is hardly any info to drill down in case something looks off.

An easy and intuitive tool for adopting DMARC to protect your domain

Comments: We had spoofing problems, since we do not know the benefits of using DMARC and a tool that facilitates its adoption. With easydmarc we have improved our security levels and it also makes it easier for us to monitor and manage the domain.

Pros:

Easy and very understandable tool for monitoring, reporting and using utility tools to ensure that your domains operate with the greatest possible security and prevent you from being a victim of spoofing/phishing and other scams.

Cons:

I would like other tools for security testing to also be incorporated, such as spoofing test to avoid using third-party tools to perform this type of testing from a single console.

Reasons for Switching to EasyDMARC: We tried different tools that are also very good and have their own thing but easydmarc was friendlier in terms of ease of use

Pros:

I've just set this up for 4 different domains, and each time it was super easy. Transparency into DMARC reports Testing tool makes it super easy to confirm your settings are right

Cons:

Can't manage multiple domains without paid account

You need DMARC now

Comments: We need a true multi tenant DMARC management platform that aligned to the MSP business model and EasyDMARC were that partner. Providing a portal that allowed us to easily implement DMARC for all of our clients was a must, and EasyDMarc made it a seamless process.

Pros:

EasyDMARc makes DMARC easy - now that sounds like a tag line, but I can asure you it is not. EasyDMARC provides a model for MSP that aligns to our business model, unlike some other vendors, there are no minimum purchases, and they charge per domain/customer. they have an intuitive portal that makes managing our custoemrs a breeze.

Cons:

They have worked on the their multitentnat portal for sometime now and managing users has become easier and more intuitive as of late, but still needs a little more work to make it seamless. We could always do with some better reports, but the easyDMARc reports are adequate for what we need.

If you're running a professional email function, you need this platform.

Comments: Very good, once the settings are configured.

Pros:

Whitelists and blacklists. Don't want emails from a dodgy Russian domain? Blacklist it.

Cons:

The learning curve. Understanding the ins and outs of email technology, domains, SPF, DKIM, TLS etc. It took me a little while to get my head around it all.

Use EasyDMARC for all DMARC and email security settings!

Comments: 5-stars, EXCELENT! [sensitive content hidden] was great in the Demo, really knew his stuff and showed us the cool tools that were also available to help sell the service to our clients!

Pros:

Easy of use! PLUS PLUS PLUS! dashboards are excellent, the amount of tools available to scan, test, and report are excellent!

Cons:

I was setting up at night and chat help was closed, so I shut down for the night... however, if I stuck around long enough [sensitive content hidden] got right back to me with the exact answer I needed! ... so yah, no CONS!

Pros:

-Easy deployement -User friendly admin console -Web based -Great deal of tools in a both the free and paid accounts -Great training via a "online university" -Company continues to innovate

None that I can think of. EasyDMARC is a top notch solution.

Easy to setup and deploy & Excellent customer support

The web UI/UX is bit outdated & slow to load. Can be improved but not a show stopper

SPF, DKIM, DMARC checking all-in one.

Pros:

Aggregate reports of what mail was marked compliant, what wasn't, and why the mail wasn't marked. Simple, human readable interface made set up and reporting a dream.

Cons:

No complaints at all actually. Very rare to not have an issue with a product new to you, but the entire process was smooth.

Email Security Done Right

Pros:

Very easy to implement. Step by step to install in your own dns server.

Cons:

Havent found anything yet. Everything has been easy to use and understand.

Tincket tracking. The only way i ca see my tickets is by going through my email. They need a ticket portal.

Comments: EasyDMARC helps us in the company prevent targeted attacks, reduces phishing, and offers greater security.

Pros:

EasyDMARC is an easy-to-use product, very useful for the company, the administration is very friendly and it has excellent tools for checking domains.

Cons:

Everything is very good, the only thing that would be needed is to have support in Spanish, for everything else everything is fine.

Not sure of the value just yet

Pros:

It's very easy to set-up and start seeing the reports while on the trial period. But for a single domain with a few hundred daily emails, it may not be work the monthly cost.

Cons:

What it is actually reporting is rather unclear, especially for anyone new to DMARC

Easy to Monitor Tool

Pros:

The EasyDMARC allows me to track the emails being sent and their status of being delivered to inbox or spam.This helps in fixing the issues and identifying if there are other actors trying to send out email as us. This helps us in takling proper action for informing our customers.

Cons:

Limited History for the plys plan and just 1 invited user.

It would be nice to have SPF flattening for free. But I have no clue what the back end cost is, so it is not a deal breaker.

Great for Email Peace of Mind

EasyDMARC is very easy to setup and configure for any domain and reports are clearly laid out and easy to intemperate.

Cons:

Original free plan would allow multiple domains but now only one allowed. This makes it a little difficult for testing initial setup. Would be good to see this allow 3-5 domains again.

The ease of which it was to use. The instructions for setting up my domains were well written and easy to understand.

Keep your DMARK all in one Easy place

I like that I can review my email and catch anything suspicious before it’s too late and my mail is bouncing around all over the place.

I hate the tech work. As easy as it is I never properly config right first time.

A nice DMARC reporting service

Pros:

The setup was quite easy and intuitive. As of now, I'm using the free plan and mainly use it for the Reporting feature. Working as expected.

Cons:

The overall UI is very old, it needs an update, primarily a design overhaul.

Easy configuration and robust tools for analyzing your DMARC performance

Comments: Found it after trialing other products like Postmark where I was dissatisfied.

Pros:

I've trialed a number of the DMARC tools out there competing in this space and without a doubt, this is the most useful tool with the best analytics. In particular, the ability to drill down into the reports and identify emails marked as a threat and determine if they are legitimate sources that need fixing was extremely helpful in resolving any DMARC issues and allowed me to quickly and confidently get to a 100% reject configuration with DMARC for my domains.

Cons:

Nothing. The product just works and does exactly what I need.

Reasons for Choosing EasyDMARC: Postmark had inadequate tools to analyze DMARC problems and the monitoring is only weekly.
