> **Pros**: There are two very cool features that others companies don’t have. First one – we can build the best routes for ‘phantom’, i.e. non-existing vehicles (as we don’t have our own car fleet) and out contractors assign their cars for the route we built. It is very important for us that with this system where we build the route both we and our contractors can track the car on the map. And the second one – the chat of three: we – dispatcher – driver, very convenient\!

> **Cons**: Sometimes we need to assign the orders per areas as we can not do that as the system does not consider it the best route. And it really is not the best, but sometimes it is how we need it but YaCu does not have such an option.
> 
> We have been cooperating for more than 2 years.

> **Pros**: Besides the main function of the route optimization we use the function of prioritizing the vehicles and the addresses: sometimes we can not deliver to all the addresses during the day but there are addresses that can not wait (and others can), so we just put check marks of those addresses.
> 
> **Cons**: I know for sure that I could order a courier or a cargo taxi via this services, but this option does not work in the States for now. I have heard that it will be available soon.
> 
> We are content with the service, great idea of combining Uber for couriers and a platform for automatization of our own car fleet
