The tool we used was cumbersome and mostly a manual effort. The actual Pricing on a single multi-million dollar proposal usually had to be left running overnight and when I got to work the next morning it would be finished. It doesn't matter how large the proposal (even up to 1B$) it always take less than a minute to price. That is from the first time I used it in 1999. > > **Cons**: Year over year, ProPricer has consistently updated the tool and for the most part I have found the updates to be useful to my job. The one glaring shortfall is in material. We have looked at doing material with ProPricer with each new revision, and our existing material tool still works better.
