The only time I have had to raise a query is when a recipient states that they couldn't open the document. This was easily resolved with a quick call to Safedrop when it was determined that the recipient had been a little over eager and kept trying to insert codes which had been overwritten by their request to provide further codes\! > > I admit I was skeptical at first - how could something be so secure, quick and easy to use, low cost and have a member of staff getting back to you within a couple of minutes if you have an issue? On one occasion a Solicitor stated that he hadn't received a bundle.
