> **Pros**: Very easy to use.  Our team is a lot more motivated and competitive with each other.   As a manager, I am able to communicate what is important and what to focus on by adjusting individual's quotas and targets real-time via the application.

> **Cons**: It lacked direct integration to our SAP system.  We need to replicate sales data to SFDC tables prior to creating metrics in Abaav.
> 
> This has eliminated all admin work we had for running sales/quota reports, and updating goals.  Now, everybody sees how they are doing and what needs to be done real-time.
