"Very disappointing and misleading billing practices"

I signed up for a free trial. I did not agree to any paid plan, monthly or annual.
Without any warning, reminder, or notification, Biteable charged $180 directly to my bank account. I did not receive an email before the charge. I was never informed that my trial would automatically convert into a paid annual plan.
After discovering the charge, I immediately closed my account. Only then did Biteable respond by saying the charge is non-refundable and pointing to their policy. This policy was never clearly communicated before taking my money.
This is not transparent or ethical billing. Charging customers without notice and hiding behind a “non-refundable” policy after the fact feels like a deliberate tactic to take money without consent.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in this company. I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before starting a “free trial” with Biteable.

Trying to cancel the subscription if you're not technically savvy is VERY DIFFICULT. They take advantage of you. So if you're thinking about paying for a subscription and you're not tech savvy DON'T!
Pros:
Nothing. I didn't like anything about this. it's NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!!
Cons:
They don't respond to email and they make you wait forever in chats. They show no care or respect for clients who pay for subscriptions.

"Poor Showing"

I will not be back and I discourage others from signing up to the same. It is not an organisation who strives for good customer service, rather an unyielding pursuit to improve their bottom line.
Pros:
It was fun at the start but time consuming, particularly if loading your own videos. The wait time to upload was extreme, so to make a 10 min video (max length permissible) it would take around 120 minutes.
Cons:
Because I did not see the value in paying $828 for another annual subscription, I did not continue. I then received an email telling me all my previous videos would be disabled because I did not continue with the subscription. Basically, they use coercion to force subscribing. I work as a sole provider and the videos I created are used to help people with intellectual disabilities understand the work that I do. This is now no longer a service I provide because of Biteable's greed.

"Biteable has mixed feelings"

We have used the software for the last two years and created quick videos are often liked by our stakeholders a lot. But the web interface of the system is so limited that it may sometimes frustrate you with errors that you cannot undo. The support department is very quick to respond but software updates are so slow, within two years apart from a cosmetic update, it was still like in the first day of use. Adding content for new animations is limited.
Pros:
With two years of experience, I can say it is a great tool to create quick info videos and has readily available templates and animations. The rendering engine is quick and responsive, generally, 3 min videos took about 2 minutes waiting for download. The ability to resize videos to any social media platform is a breeze.
Cons:
Edit screen is not intuitive when compared to its counterparts. Editing logos or fonts on slides is frustrating as they are limited to one layer per slide. No drag and drop and no copy-paste is possible. The font library is too limited and you cannot upload your own fonts. The music library lacks depth. Software updates are so slow. No undo is possible.

"A Stunning Cloud based Tool for Amazing Anime Videos"

I made my first anime video with Biteable without any previous experience; the fact that tells a lot about the how easy, how rich and how navigable the platform is. The great number of templates, scenes, backgrounds, characters help any user make his first video without any difficulty.
Pros:
Apart from its user-friendly dashboard, which includes all that you need in one or two clicks, Biteable is away from its rivals as it offers unbeatable features, a variety of templates, many scenes and backgrounds that for sure will meet your interests. Biteable videos will stand out mainly for its anime characters, transitions, colours and more!
Cons:
Actually, it is not ideal for free trial users since it offers only one or two free anime videos. I did not like the plans they make for users since it is somehow expensive compared to Renderforest, which provides certain features for its free users.
