Their Customer Support has also been responsive and extremely knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. > > **Cons**: While there's very little to dislike, we are looking forward to the continued expansion of features, particularly for advanced Endpoint Detection \& Response (EDR) capabilities and deeper integration with other core security platforms we use.
