The platform allowed us to achieve full device management for our Mac and iOS fleet incredibly fast, making the Ease of Implementation a major upside. We especially appreciate the one-click actions, pre-built Blueprints, and how straightforward it is to deploy apps and enforce compliance. Their Customer Support has also been responsive and extremely knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. > > **Cons**: While there's very little to dislike, we are looking forward to the continued expansion of features, particularly for advanced Endpoint Detection \& Response (EDR) capabilities and deeper integration with other core security platforms we use. This is a minor point, as the platform is already excellent for our core MDM needs. > > Iru is solving our biggest challenge of maintaining a consistent security and compliance baseline across our rapidly growing fleet of Apple devices. Onboarding was really quick and easily with excellent hands on support. Support response and resolution times are really good too. We see some alerting for some devices where through for example apps are already deployed before onboarding and the software can not be installed. It would be really nice if these could be cleared easily or "ignored" in the UI. > > I would recommend this product to any company using MacOS. The Onboarding was exceptional with knowledgeable staff able to assist us with our initial blueprints and configurations. Much of the patching, policy enforcement, and configuration happens automatically in the background, which reduces the need for manual intervention and helps keep devices compliant without constant oversight. Device management is strong and it gives good visibility across the estate. Customer support has also been responsive when needed, which makes a big difference for operational confidence. > > **Cons**: While the core functionality is solid, some areas feel less mature than more established platforms. Reporting and filtering could be more flexible, and there are limitations when it comes to integrations, particularly in more complex or Microsoft-heavy environments.
