> **Pros**: 1. I was able to crank up leads from my website with the same amount of traffic with this Live Chat software.&#10;&#10;2. Automating conversations is easy. You just edit an online spreadsheet and it is converted into a chatbot.&#10;&#10;3. The chatbot can send SMS, create call conferences, which we can use to connect with agents that are out there in the field.&#10;&#10;4. The chats come into our Official Slack, which helps my entire team (you can select who to invite) engage with the leads.
