I love the UI - you simply drag and drop boxes onto a screen to configure the workflow steps and then drag fields onto the screen to tell the system what information you need to capture. I also love that, for someone that needs to initiate a workflow, you can give them a direct link to that particular workflow and they don't need to navigate through a system to find the right link.
